Mark Cogan is an Irish short film writer and director who studied Film and Video Production at St. John's Central College, Cork, Ireland, from 1997-1999. His short films, including Hitch Hiker, Heart, All Night Long, Partly Cloudy, and The Handsome Shadows, have achieved significant festival and awards success and were broadcast on Irish television.
