Overview

Tells the story of Tao Yao, a peach blossom demon, and her tale of revenge and love tribulations. Tao Yao was originally a little peach blossom demon, but after her entire clan was slaughtered by the Nine Candle Immortal, she became a useless person in the celestial realm. During her three-hundred-year hibernation, she had her spirit bones removed and her appearance stolen. She then feigned becoming the fiancée of the God of the Azure Sea in order to seek revenge. On the eve of her wedding, she accidentally stumbled upon the Jade Pool and unexpectedly became entangled with the Heavenly Emperor Di Fuyi, who had been in seclusion for a thousand years, triggering a tangled red thread and a celestial thunder phenomenon.
