Few people knew, but Q is the 3rd omnipresent concept, and while Ayano and Yukito were debating, Q was recording everything on camera. Essentially, he is the infinity they were discussing. Russell wrote about him, and Wittgenstein dedicated his work, The Philosophical Investigations, to him, capturing his after-dinner musings.
