Patrick Kevin Ryan (born March 28, 1982) is an American businessman, politician, and former U.S. Army intelligence officer serving as the U.S. representative for New York's 18th congressional district since 2023. A member of the Democratic Party, he previously served as the representative for New York's 19th congressional district from 2022 to 2023 after being elected in a special election.
